SuiteWorld 26: NetSuite unveils new AI tools to boost efficiency for small businesses
Oracle NetSuite has introduced SuiteExpress and SuiteSkills to transform business operations..

Evan Goldberg, Founder and Executive Vice President, Oracle NetSuite.
While SuiteExpress, a new agentic implementation toolset and methodology, reduces implementation time to weeks or even days, SuiteSkills helps teams investigate issues, understand their implications across the business, and take supported action within NetSuite’s established roles and permissions.
Evan Goldberg, Founder and Executive Vice President, Oracle NetSuite, said that SuiteExpress enables customers to spend less time managing their systems and more time driving business results. “Long ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations ask too much of customers before they can start realising value. We’re changing that with SuiteExpress,” he said.
SuiteExpress is expected to help customers and partners by accelerating deployment and time to value; simplifying data migration, mapping solutions to business needs, validating workflows, and supporting business expansion. “We are putting decades of NetSuite expertise to work through AI to take on more of the work, helping customers accelerate implementation and optimise their use of NetSuite as their businesses grow. This combination of deep product expertise and AI-driven implementation capabilities sets SuiteExpress apart in the market, helping customers get up and running faster and stay focused on growing their businesses,” Goldberg added.
In the case of SuiteSkills, NetSuite is introducing more than 45 SuiteSkills across key business functions, which include ‘Financial analysis and Close’ that helps finance teams accelerate financial review and close by explaining material variances, identifying close blockers, and reviewing reconciliation differences. ‘Inventory and fulfilment’ helps operations teams improve inventory efficiency and meet customer commitments by investigating inventory imbalances, while ‘Workforce management’ makes finance and workforce teams manage labour costs and improve payroll readiness by identifying spending patterns and discrepancies between time and pay. ‘Billing and cash flow’ helps teams protect revenue and improve cash flow by identifying potential billing gaps, prioritising overdue invoices, and assessing liquidity.
