RICE Adamas Group expands national footprint with Mumbai Office inauguration
Adamas University and Adamas Tech Consulting have launched a new Mumbai office and the Adamas School of Experiential Learning, offering 10-day residential programs across six cities.

The school will offer students 10-day residential learning programs in six cities including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad. The aim is to give students direct exposure to industries and help them gain practical experience beyond the classroom.
To celebrate the launch, the Group hosted the HR Leadership Conclave 2026 at the Mumbai Cricket Association Centre. The event, themed Reimagining Talent, Technology and Transformation, brought together more than 80 senior leaders, including CEOs, Managing Directors, CHROs, and HR professionals from different industries.
According to a statement Prof. (Dr.) Samit Ray spoke about the importance of stronger partnerships between industry and academia. Group CEO Oommen Thomas shared the institution's vision and future plans. The event was hosted by Abhijit Giri, Senior Vice President, Career Development Centre and Consultancy.
The conclave featured keynote sessions by Sanjiv Navangul, Managing Director of Bharat Serums, and Rajat Kapoor, Managing Director of Synergy Consulting. They shared their views on leadership, workforce readiness, and managing change in organisations.
The event also included two panel discussions. The first focused on building an agile and AI ready workforce and featured Chinmaya Mohanty of Wallace Pharmaceuticals, Mahesh Abhyankar of Glowderma Pharma, Aditya Bhagwat of Camlin Fine Sciences, and Sam Varughese of Reliance Jio. The second discussed the role of HR as a strategic transformation partner and featured Barnali Majumdar of SheThePeople, Abhay Pathak of Yoga Bar, and Dr. Ujjal Sengupta of Reliance Jio Infocomm.
A key highlight of the evening was the introduction of Adamas Tech Consulting by its Founder Director, Rajat Subhra Roy. He spoke about the company's focus on connecting academia and industry through consulting, innovation, and talent development.
The event was also attended by senior representatives from Amazon Web Services India, including Bhaskar Joshi, Head of Corporate Business, Kalyan Polla, Principal Partner Development, Ritwik Ray, Account Manager and PSM, and Bubai Bal, Solution Architect.
