Doxper gets $750,000 in Seed Round

BENGALURU: Health tech startup Doxper, which has created a digital pen and coded paper system for doctors to record patient information, has raised $750,000 in a seed round led by health insurance company Vidal Healthcare and early-stage investment firm GrowX Ventures.

Other investors who participated in the round include Capier Investments and venture capital firm Globevestor.

"Capital raised will be deployed to scale up operations and to further enhance technology platform by improving or adding more layers on top of the current stack including machine learning, handwriting recognition and AI for better care outcomes. The vision is to make Doxper the de-facto choice for healthcare digitisation in India and other emerging markets," said Shailesh Prithani, cofounder of Doxper.
