Dhawal Gusain takes over as the new CEO of TVF
TVF on Friday announced the appointment of Dhawal Gusain as the new CEO. Dhawal takes over from Arunabh Kumar who has decided to step down as the CEO of TVF.

Dhawal Gusain has been with TVF since 2015 as the COO of the firm. With over a decade of industry experience, Dhawal has been in leadership and management roles across various sectors and geographies.

In the past, he has worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited, PwC's Strategy & (formerly Booz & Company) and DropThought (VC backed Silicon Valley start-up) at various locations in India and the United States.

Dhawal holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B-Tech from IIT Kharagpur. TVF founder Kumar was recently granted anticipatory bail after a sexual harassment case was filed against him by a former employee of the company.

Based on complaint filed by the former employee of the company, Mumbai police had registered a case against Kumar on March 29.

He was booked under sections 354A (causing sexual harassment) and 509 (insult the modesty of a woman by indecent words, gesture or acts) of Indian Penal Code. A similar case was also registered against Kumar at the Versova police station.
