Finvolve & India Accelerator back Integra Robotics with $1.12 million pre-Series A funding
Finvolve and GrowthCap Ventures have invested $1.12 million in Integra Robotics, a deep-tech robotics firm. Integra's unique approach combines human oversight with machine autonomy, creating a compounding data advantage for increasingly autonomous...

Founded in Bangalore, Integra Robotics is building an AI platform for Industry 5.0 and defence applications, combining human oversight with machine autonomy in demanding real-world environments. Its robotics portfolio spans collaborative and industrial robotic arms, end-of-arm tooling, unmanned ground vehicles, vision systems, and task-specific platforms for manufacturing, warehouse automation, security, defence, and subsea applications — all built on a modular architecture with a software stack for communication, teleoperation, and autonomous learning.
The investment comes at a time when global and domestic factors are contributing to the adoption of embodied AI and industrial robotics. With India's expanding manufacturing base, increasing defence indigenisation mandates, and policy support for deep-tech innovation, the demand for locally built, mission-ready robotic systems is growing. India's domestic opportunity across defence, manufacturing, and warehouse automation continues to scale, creating a strong foundation for companies like Integra to emerge.
Ashish Bhatia, Co-Founder of Finvolve and Founder & CEO of India Accelerator, said in a statement, "Industrial and defence robotics is fast becoming a strategic priority for India. Integra Robotics is addressing this need with a modular, embodied AI platform that combines deep-tech innovation with strong on-ground validation and demonstrated commercial traction. Their ability to build, customise, and ship at pace positions them well to lead this space from India."
Pratekk Agarwaal, Founder & General Partner at GrowthCap Ventures, added, "Integra Robotics stands out with its embodied AI and robotics platform addressing defence and industrial automation, backed by a strong founding team with deep technical expertise and execution capability. We believe the company is well positioned to be a key part of India's emerging deeptech success story."
Abhit Kumar, CEO & Co-Founder of Integra Robotics, said, "Most robotics companies build one product and scale it. Instead, we built an architecture. Cobots, UGVs, bionic hands, teleoperation, and the software stack connecting them all share a common foundation, forged through years of real-world pilots and trials with real clients. That's what lets us build, customise, and ship at a pace unusual for a company our size."
