Talk aloud in silence
Transiting from mere 'doing' and established in 'Being', one's life itself becomes his message, where he, through the power of example, commences to touch the lives of persons and also those of happenings around...

This verily is the art of making oneself "heard". This aspect has been dealt with powerfully by B C Nirmal in his book, Talk Aloud In Silence. His well-conceived auto self programme ( ASP) involves "looking at" oneself, "learning about" oneself and thus "living with" oneself.
Dealing with simple, yet oft-forgotten guidelines for sane and practical living, Nirmal proceeds on to particular techniques, including cutting off "all connections with the outer world for a few minutes" each day.
During a discussion, Nirmal also explained the spirit of his book - kindling the wonder in you where innocence takes precedence over the show of intelligence, heart over head, silence over sound and finally 'being' over just 'doing'.
In this silence alone can one talk "aloud", because only in this, would his talk be heard over and above all cacophony, noise and disorder. He then comes to be noticed and begins to make friends and influence people. This is "talking" in silence - a 'talking', which would be loud and clear for all, near and far, to hear and also take guidance and inspiration from.
