Dream but also Work
Dreams always go with right thinking and also hard work. Acceptance of this fact helps one translate his dreams into realities. It was rightly observed, "If you want to make your dreams come true, wake up".

H W Longfellow's concept of "toiling upward in the night" is well matched by that of Tagore, "where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection". The message is also powerfully conveyed by Rudyard Kipling - the need to "fill the unforgiving minute/With sixty seconds' worth of distance run".
Pursuit of excellence through an indefatigable process is, doubtless, an end and reward by itself, for, herein also lies the joy of self discovery - divining that one's own capacities for sustained, focused and tireless work are indeed real. The Bible by observing ( Genisis: 3,19), "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread", has an important hint to offer. One who is able to "sweat" thus not merely earns and savours his bread well but would also remain joyous and fulfilled in all stages and steps that go towards making this happy state possible.
True hard work goes with knowing one's work upon this earth and thereafter proceeding with focus and intelligence - filling one's hours with work rather than merely filling one's work with hours.
Various factors and aspects, thus, have to go into that type of work, which would turn dreams into realities!
