S: Strategy - everyone must have a lifelong vision of spiritual discipline as spiritual development is a not a part-time occupation.
M: Measurement - nothing gets done unless it is measured, Spiritual progress can be monitored via daily introspection.
A: Action is all about following the tenets of Karmyog as explained by Krishn: Skill in action itself is yog, but action must be followed by strategy.
R : Relatedness - all bodily actions must be in harmony with mind and intellect.
T: Timeframe - time is not infinite. All actions have to be performed within defined time.
The essence of this framework is reflected in the concluding verse of the Bhagwad Gita: "Wherever there is Krishn, vision, strategy, and wherever there is Arjun, action, there will certainly be opulence and victory." In essence, living smart is far better strategy than looking smart.
