The Speaking Tree
Before changing worry into peaceful and cheerful state of mind, the process needs to be understood in a proper perspective. Worry is a process of imagining the worst-possible outcome, result or future in a particular situation.

Worry is also an imaginative way of creating a living and active image of the worst possibility in your consciousness. Then using energy of that negative image to flow inside your consciousness, to weaken your spiritual self and, as a result, your physical self, too, leading to creating a sense of fear or anxiety.

It's important to realise that by worrying, we prepare for the worst in the future. Instead of empowering the mind and intellect, worry weakens them. Preparing for future is important and necessary, but we start worrying that leaves us depleted or weakened. There is a fine line of demarcation between necessary preparation in advance on the one hand, and worrying on the other. The preparation can always be done without creating an excessive number of imaginary negative outcomes or results in the mind.

For that, our innate capacity to think positive, and to discriminate right from wrong, needs to be developed through constant contemplation of spiritual wisdom and regular practice of Rajyog meditation for staying in a state of happiness and mindfulness.
