Real auction figure: The errant husband
A precedent has been set in New Zealand, the perfect socialistic-capitalist country, where a woman put up her husband on the auction site, Trade Me, for sale after he decided to go on an impromptu fishing trip.

Twelve bidders and a highest bid of NZ$100 (under ₹5,000) later, the auction site cancelled the bid. Sure, it was in jestful rage (or angry jest) that the missus was willing to sell her hub. The husband, thankfully with a sense of humour - it is New Zealand, not Old Dilli - has since promised to be more responsible. But would his brethren here in Hindustan have disapproved or approved being auctioned? For the right price, perhaps, some would be happy to work from home - someone else's. [Note: For obvious reasons, this transactional action applies only to men.]
