Is being COVID-19-plus a Covid norm breach?

Contracting Covid, even after one has been fully vaccinated, masked up and social distanced when outdoors, can be quite a few things - unfortunate being one of them. But 'irresponsible'? With 20:20 hindsight and a stentorian voice, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has accused the very well-known Kareena Kapoor (and the lesser well-known Amrita Arora) of having 'violated Covid norms' and of having 'attended parties'. It is unclear whether BMC has meant attending parties itself to be verboten in the time of Covid. Or whether violating norms is restricted to attending a 'small' Karan Johar party rather than, say, political party rallies. Kapoor, and subsequently her domestic help, have been found Covid+.

So, what comprises violating Covid norms? Meeting people even after taking shots, etc? Surely not, for then we would have expected, nay, demanded, lockdowns. Or is it being guilty of contracting Covid? BMC tested 110 people after some attendees at Johar's do, with whom these 110 had been in contact before and after, were found positive. Good job, BMC. But taking all precautions short of doing away with all human contact is no sure shot way to dodge Covid. It just plummets the risk while reducing chances of serious effects of Covid from manifesting. Perhaps a 100% way to avoid Covid is known to BMC. If not, BMC could take a chill pill.
