World economy more resilient today to events in China: Mythili Bhusnurmath
In a chat with ET Now, Mythili Bhusnurmath, Consulting Editor with ET NOW, shares her thoughts on the economy. Excerpts:

ET Now: You would be a bit relieved that RBI is letting the currency adjust to the current economic realities. What do you say?

Mythili Bhusnurmath: I am partially relieved. There has been a slight depression but it still does not reflect the fundamentals. I am relieved for another reason. We seem to be getting immune to events in China. Maybe there is more resilience in the world economy now than what we had imagined in the past. The world seems to be much more balanced in their reaction to China and that is what makes me a bit more heartened rather than the rupee per se.
