We have Rs 600 cr order book position: Dinesh Nandwana, Vakrangee Software Ltd.

In a chat with ET Now, Dinesh Nandwana, MD, Vakrangee Software Ltd., talks about his company’s prospects. Excerpts:

Just take us through the revenue break up of your 3 business segments that is the document management services, printing management as well as the IT enables services and what your order book currently looks like?

If you see the last year there was 137 crore for the DMS sector then 194 crore for the PMS sector and for ITes there was 88 crore in the totality and as far as total order book position is concerned thereabout 600 crore order book position where 300 crore to be exhibited in this current year.

What is the game plan for the remaining part especially in terms of the initiative you are likely to take on the government part?

We are basically in the e-governance space where outlook for the e-governance industry looks very attractive and in the current year finance minister has met the substantial 9800 for directly provision in the present budget and if you see the indirect project there is lots of very big schemes in NREGA, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Post Office Automation, National Population Registry, Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana etc. where IT components seems to be good amount and if we see the State governments e-governance provision there is a homeland security, there is a state wide area network, PDS digitisation, PDS through smart card and public works department, there is a good potential for the e-governance especially so also we are targeting for the e-governance space where very big projects we have participated in the bidding process.

If you could just highlight a bit about your Philippine Vakrangee e-Solutions how that is doing and also any more global subsidiaries or acquisitions which are planned?

As far as this Vakrangee E-solutions concerned this is a 100% subsidiary of the Vakrangee Softwares Ltd. where we are doing the digitisation and DMAT of the whole Philippine transactions of 20 millions, where we are having the 3700 employees and this project is to be divided in two parts where firstly we are doing the historical, we are into the historical work and then future is on transaction as a COD.
