See value buys in market, banking on some companies: Sudip Bandyopadhyay

In a chat with ET Now, Sudip Bandyopadhyay, MD & CEO, Destimoney Securities Pvt. Ltd, shares his views on value buys in today’s market. Excerpts:

ET Now: Are there still any value buys in today’s market scenario?

Sudip Bandyopadhyay: Of course, we will find opportunities of value buy in all markets. There are some companies we are banking on right now – one is Bayer CropScience. This is a number 1 agrochemicals company, great parentage, great balance sheet. With monsoon being right, the demand for agrochemical is going up and with this name, with this parentage if you are willing to wait for some time, a price of around Rs 1600 is on the cards in about six months to one year time.
