Promotors holding will stay at 55% in Aarti Industries: Rajendra Gogri, CMD
Rajendra Gogri, CMD, Aarti Industries talks to ET Now about the recently held rejig in the shareholding pattern of the organisation and he tells us that it is more of an inter-promotor transfer of shares.

Edited excerpts:

Any special reason why promoters are putting cash to work? At these levels, why have you increased your ownership?
Actually there is an inter se transfer within the promoter. So it is basically a promoter restructuring which is happening. No significant buying as such by the promoters is taking place.

Do you think the promoter holding in Aarti Industries which is currently at about 55 per cent, will it remain static at 55 per cent?
Yes, it will be more or less at that level. There is not going to be any significant change in the promoters holding of the company.

Looking at the swing in commodity price, should we expect a huge inventory loss which could have an impact on your bottom line?
