Our top line has grown by 40%: TTK Prestige

ET Now spoke to TT Jagannathan, Chairman, TTK Prestige, on the company's earnings. Excerpts:

Just outlay the numbers for us. How has the quarter gone by and how has the margin performance been in the quarter?

Jagannathan: The quarter has gone well. Our top line has grown by 40% over Rs 200 crore and PBT grew by more than that 57% to Rs 32 crore and PAT to Rs 22 crore again, by more than 57%.

Give us a sense of the future and how things may change? Your stock has taken a nosedive by about 5%, investors are a bit concerned about the prospects of the business. Could you give us perhaps a guidance on the operations as well as what you may deliver on the top line as well as bottom line going forward?

Jagannathan: May I correct you first. The share price might have gone down in the last 5 minutes, but it went up by 50% in the last 4 days. So a small correction that has made and the prospects are looking very good. Our brand is still very strong. We have had a very good October and we will continue to maintain the strong growth of more than 40% top line, more than 50% bottom line.
