Market undertone looks bullish: Nitin Raheja, AQF Advisors
In an interview with ET Now, Nitin Raheja, Co- Founder, AQF Advisors, shares his views on markets. Excerpts:

ET Now: Would you be a buyer at every dip in the markets?

Nitin Raheja: Our long-term belief is that if we look at the 8,000 to 9,000 range, it is a broad, big range. Within that, you would have smaller ranges and that trend will continue with the action continuing to be centred around individual stock stories, so that broad trend continues. From time to time, you would get some macro developments taking place where you may have some short-term risk-off trades happening, such as what we are seeing right now. So, overall, from a little longer-term perspective, the market undertone is bullish and will continue to remain bullish.
ET Now: What is your high-conviction idea in this market, what is the one sector that stands out?

Nitin Raheja: We are seeing opportunities across the board as it is more of a bottom-up stock-picking market. So for example, we are seeing opportunities in the logistic space. We like the financial space and especially within the private financials space. We prefer the IT pack, especially among the midcap IT space. We see a couple of good opportunities happening there. Midcap pharma is another space.
