Expect growth-oriented Budget with better fiscal discipline: Sunil Kanojia, Sintex Industries
"our expectations are not at a micro level because invariably, irrespective of the government, we have always seen that the social structure infrastructure allocation has always been on the higher side."

ET Now: Industry and investors have built up significant expectations from the Modi government. We have already seen some measures being announced ahead of the budget on 10th. What is it that you are expecting?
Sunil Kanojia: Specifically from the budget, our expectations are not at a micro level because invariably, irrespective of the government, we have always seen that the social structure infrastructure allocation has always been on the higher side. It is the spending that we will be looking forward to. Though we noticed in last two years that the allocation was quite high, but eventually, the rollout did not happen. That is where we suffered. But overall, at macro level, we will like to see a growth-oriented budget with better fiscal discipline and sentiments to improve.
