​Continue to like midcap IT names: Varun Goel, Karvy Private Wealth

In a chat with ET Now, Varun Goel, Head of PMS, Karvy Private Wealth, shares his investment ideas. Excerpts:

ET Now: What investment ideas would you give to our readers today?

Varun Goel: We still continue to like the midcap IT names. There is still some scope of PE re-rating. I think that there are quite a few midcap ideas in which there is a scope of 10% to 20% multiple expansion in the short to medium term. So that would be my preferred midcap pick in the short term.
