In a chat with ET Now, Raamdeo Agrawal, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, talks about the Union Budget 2015. Excerpts:

ET Now: What is your view on Budget 2015?

Raamdeo Agrawal: It is a very good budget. For the first time ever I have the feeling that Finance Minister is listening to the suggestions about the problems people are facing.

One of the biggest things is the investment management facility aimed at bringing investment management to India from Hong Kong, Singapore.

We will have an international finance centre — the GIFT City in Ahmadabad — which will be a huge development.

Apart from that, the promise of corporate tax deduction from 30% to 25% is a huge thing.

The SARFAESI Act has been extended to all the NBFCs, including small ones. It gives lot of teeth to NBFCs.

There is an all-round push for growth. I think that the infra push is not big enough, but we will need to see the final points.
