This festival season, there are no blockbuster Bollywood releases. A pity, because big releases contribute to as much as 10-25% of annual BO collections. But that doesn't mean the Bollywood factory is sleeping. It's busy churning out podcasts, reels, posts and everything else to keep audiences hooked.

One in is Instant Bollywood, a podcast that interviews some of the biggest stars in the B- town constellation. The Sept 11 episode - Manoj Bajpayee Life Struggles, Staying Away from Commercial Cinema & More - features a crisp, candid chat with the 'thinking actor' Manoj Bajpayee.

In this episode, Bajpayee, the star of Satya, Aligarh, Gangs of Wasseypur, and The Family Man, takes listeners through his journey - from struggles and rejections to becoming one of Indian cinema's most respected actors. The conversation is personal: no comparisons, no industry posturing, just his take on why meaningful roles have always mattered more than commercial ones.

He talks about how every actor's ecosystem is different, so choices must come from what makes one happy. Preparing for a role, Bajpayee says, is its own world - he observes life, consumes diverse content and learns from every project. This episode is about what makes Bajpayee, well, Bajpayee.
