The UAE emerged as one of the safest destinations for expats outside Europe. Cities such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi are known for strict law enforcement, modern infrastructure and low crime rates.

The country continues to attract expats due to tax-free salaries, business opportunities and strong global connectivity. Expats also highlighted the UAE’s transport systems, healthcare facilities and overall ease of living.

Panama secured a place among the safest countries for expats because of its stable environment and growing international community. The country has become increasingly popular among retirees, remote workers and professionals looking for a lower cost of living.

Its tropical climate, access to beaches and relatively affordable lifestyle continue to attract foreigners, especially from North America and Europe.

Qatar ranked among the top safest countries for expats due to its low crime rates and political stability. Doha has developed into a major international hub for sectors such as aviation, energy and finance.

Oman completed the list as one of the safest destinations for expats in the Middle East. The country is known for its peaceful environment, welcoming culture and comparatively relaxed pace of life.
