Canada is seeking skilled workers in key sectors through its Express Entry immigration system as it looks to strengthen the economy and address labour shortages.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) said it is seeking experienced professionals across several Express Entry categories, including healthcare, trades, education, STEM and transport.

The immigration department shared the update through a post on X.
The categories include medical doctors, researchers and senior managers with Canadian work experience. IRCC is also seeking healthcare and social services professionals, tradespersons and educators.
