FOX has been under development for more than two years and is built around three key elements: personalisation, comfort and “Signature Moments.” The programme was first introduced for First Class passengers on March 30, 2026.
Class-wise upgrades introduced
In First Class, passengers will receive an amenity kit and access to a menu that allows them to choose skincare and cosmetic products. The offering also includes curated items, champagne, a tasting menu by Michelin-starred chef Christoph Kunz and caviar service.Business Class passengers will see revised menus by Johann Lafer, along with flexible meal timings and the option to pre-select breakfast. The airline has also introduced new tableware and service elements, with a cake service planned at a later stage.
In Premium Economy, passengers will be offered three hot meal options along with an expanded beverage selection and added comfort items such as slippers.
Economy Class passengers will receive basic amenity kits, including sleep masks and earplugs. Meal and beverage options have been revised, and on flights longer than 10 hours, passengers will have a choice of three hot main courses instead of two.
The rollout is part of the airline’s effort to standardise and enhance onboard service across its long-haul operations.
