Applications can be submitted online through Saudi Arabia’s unified visa platform at ksavisa.sa, launched in 2023. The e-visa is available as either a single-entry visa valid for 90 days or a multiple-entry visa valid for one year, with each stay permitted up to 90 days.
To apply, foreigners must have a passport valid for at least six months and a GCC residency permit valid for at least three months. Applicants aged 18 and above can submit a passport photo, passport copy, and residency visa page copy.
The process involves entering personal and travel details, uploading required documents, selecting medical insurance, and paying the visa fees online. The e-visa costs $81 for the visa and $10.50 for the application, with medical insurance fees ranging from $7.50 to $252.04. While most e-visas are issued instantly, the process can take up to three working days.
Applicants can track their visa status online using their transaction number or passport number, and assistance is available through the ksavisa.sa call centre.
