Akasa Air has introduced end-to-end visa services in collaboration with Udaan India, expanding its offerings beyond flights to include digital visa assistance for over 100 countries. The service is now integrated with Akasa Air’s website, allowing business and leisure travellers to complete the visa process online.

Powered by Udaan India, a visa facilitation provider with over three decades of experience, the service offers expert-led support for documentation, submission, and real-time tracking. Customers will be assisted by a dedicated team throughout the process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

“We are delighted to partner with Akasa Air to simplify international travel for their growing passenger base. At Udaan India, we’ve been committed to making visa facilitation seamless and stress-free, and this collaboration allows us to bring that trusted expertise directly to Akasa’s customers, ensuring they are travel-ready with confidence and ease,” Sushil Aggarwal, Business Head, Udaan India, said.

To encourage adoption, Akasa Air is offering a 20% discount on visa service fees for a limited time. Travellers can use the promo code EVISA20 at checkout. The offer is valid until December 31, 2025.

The new visa service is part of Akasa Air’s strategy to provide a comprehensive travel experience under one platform. It follows other customer-focused additions, such as pet travel, Braille safety cards, and in-flight tech offerings.

Akasa Air currently operates flights to five international destinations—Doha, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Kuwait City—as part of its growing global footprint. The airline has gradually expanded its network in the Gulf region since commencing international operations, aligning with its strategy to tap into high-demand corridors connecting India and the Middle East.
