NRI Raja Reddy Alluri bags safest driver award in Dubai

DUBAI: An Indian national in Dubai has been named as the winner of the ' Safe Driver Award' at the Annual Dubai Airports Staff Safety Day Awards.

Raja Reddy Alluri is working as a tractor driver at the Transguard Group's Airside Services Team at Dubai International Airport for four years.

He has a zero accident rating, and has safely avoided any Airport Driving Permit (ADP) violations in this period.

Alluri has also won a Silver Najm Award from 'Dnata Cargo Management' for his excellent safety record.

"The award is a great personal success for Raja and is also testament to the work of Transguard's IMS team. It comes hard on the heels of our Overall Excellence in Safety: Contractor Award, which we received at the Dubai Airports Health Safety Environment Excellence Awards in March," John Nolan, deputy managing director of the Transguard Group said.
