Singapore Airlines has cancelled its Singapore–Dubai services until April 30, 2026, citing the ongoing geopolitical situation in the Middle East. The airline said flights SQ494 from Singapore to Dubai and SQ495 from Dubai to Singapore will remain suspended during this period.

The airline added that the situation remains uncertain and other flights may also be affected.

Passengers to be rebooked or offered refunds

Singapore Airlines said affected passengers will be accommodated on alternative flights where possible or can opt for a full refund of the unused portion of their tickets.

Customers who booked directly with the airline can request refunds through its assistance channels, while those who booked via travel agents or partner airlines have been advised to contact their respective agents.

Airline advises passengers to track updates
The airline has asked passengers to regularly check flight status and update their contact details through its booking management system to receive timely notifications.

Singapore Airlines said, “As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights may be affected.”

The airline apologised for the disruption and said it will continue to monitor the situation closely.
