UAE announces Eid Al Adha school break from May 25 to 29
UAE schools will observe a five-day Eid Al Adha break from May 25 to May 29, offering students and staff a pause before the final assessment phase. Mock exams are scheduled for June 15-16, with final end-of-term examinations commencing on June 24....

The Ministry of Education said the schedule is part of the approved academic calendar for the third and final term of the current academic year. Students will return to school on June 1 to resume classes after the break.
Break before final assessment phase
The holiday comes ahead of the final assessment period, giving students a short pause before exams. Schools will conduct mock examinations on June 15 and 16 to assess student preparedness and identify areas for improvement.The academic calendar also includes a holiday for the Islamic New Year on June 17. Final end-of-term examinations are scheduled to begin on June 24 and will continue until July 3.
Academic year to end in July
The ministry has set July 3 as the last working day of the academic year for students. Makeup exams will be held from July 6 to 9 for those who need to complete assessments.According to Gulf News report, results for the academic year will be released on July 12 and 13, followed by re-sit examinations from July 14 to 17. Final re-sit results will be announced on July 20.
Officials said the calendar also includes training programmes for teachers and administrative staff in July, ahead of the next academic year.
