The extension follows an earlier initiative that began on June 24, 2025, under which foreign nationals were permitted to regularise their status without penalty until July 31, 2025. During this period, individuals could apply for a new visa or exit Oman without being charged for overstaying. The Royal Oman Police continues to oversee the process and is advising affected individuals to visit the nearest office to complete the required steps.Regularisation window aims at easing compliance
