London-bound plane makes 'emergency landing' at Bengaluru airport after technical snag
Around 270 passengers were on board. All of them are safe, sources at Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), which operates the airport, said.

The aircraft had departed at about 8.20 am. The problem was reportedly noticed soon after take-off, and the flight was brought back to Bengaluru as a safety precaution, the sources said, describing the landing as an emergency landing.
The exact nature of the technical problem was not immediately known. Authorities are looking into the cause of the incident.
However, there was no immediate reaction from the airlines.
