Iran‑Israel War: Stranded Indians in Qatar flown home on special evacuation flights
The embassy added that Qatar Airways is scheduled to operate two more flights—one each to New Delhi and Mumbai—on March 12 to help evacuate citizens.

“All three 24/7 helplines of the Embassy of India continue to be available for the Indian community to raise any query. The Embassy has been giving special attention to quick issuance of passports for Indian nationals. Due to the current situation, we are open on all days of the week for taking passport applications. Tatkal passports are being issued within 1–2 days,” the advisory said.
The embassy also urged citizens to take alerts and warning messages from official channels seriously and follow all necessary safety guidelines. “Everyone is advised against approaching any unidentified objects, debris, or fragments. Please report them immediately by calling 999,” it added.
The Indian mission’s proactive measures aim to ensure the safety and smooth return of its citizens amid ongoing uncertainties in the region.
