In an advisory posted on X, the mission said the Indian Visa and Passport Services provided by ICAC at Bahrain Mall will remain suspended until further notice. No timeline has been specified for the resumption of services.

The embassy has urged applicants to follow its official communication channels for further updates.
Earlier on Saturday Indian missions across West Asia on Saturday issued fresh advisories for citizens, urging them to remain vigilant and strictly follow safety guidelines issued by local authorities.

The Embassy of India, Bahrain advised Indian nationals to take due care and follow news and advisories issued by the embassy and local authorities. The Embassy also shared a 24x7 helpline number (00973-39418071) in view of the current regional situation.
