In an update posted on X, the airline said passengers with confirmed bookings for flights departing later in the day may proceed to the airport. This also applies to travellers transiting through Dubai if their connecting flights are operating.
“Emirates will resume operations. Passengers who have confirmed bookings for this afternoon’s flights may proceed to the airport. This includes customers transiting in Dubai, if their connecting flight is also operating,” the airline said.
The airline advised passengers to check the schedule of upcoming flights and seat availability through its official channels before travelling to the airport. Emirates added that it continues to monitor the situation and will adjust its operational schedule accordingly.

Temporary suspension
Earlier, Emirates had announced that all flights to and from Dubai were suspended until further notice, advising passengers not to travel to the airport while the situation was being assessed.During the disruption, customers booked to travel between February 28 and March 31 were offered options to either rebook their flights to travel on or before April 30 or request a refund of their tickets.

The airline also said all city check-in points across Dubai had been temporarily closed and urged customers to ensure their contact details were updated to receive travel alerts.
The latest announcement highlights the gradual restoration of services as authorities and airlines continue to monitor operational and safety conditions.
