In a travel update issued on March 1, the airline said the situation remains dynamic and is being assessed continuously. Emirates urged customers to review the latest operational updates on its website and check their email for notifications regarding changes or cancellations before travelling to the airport.

Rebooking, refund facility available
Passengers can rebook on another flight to their intended destination for travel on or before March 20. Customers who booked through travel agents have been advised to contact their agents directly. Those who booked with Emirates can contact the airline for assistance.Refunds are also available for direct bookings through the airline’s refund form. Customers who booked via travel agents must approach their agents for processing refunds or rebooking.

Emirates has asked passengers to check their flight status before heading to the airport and ensure their contact details are updated through the “Manage Your Booking” section to receive timely updates.
All city check-in points across Dubai have been temporarily closed until further notice.
The airline said it is actively monitoring the situation and engaging with relevant authorities. It apologised for the inconvenience caused and reiterated that the safety and security of passengers and crew remain its highest priority.
