IndiGo says it is monitoring Middle East situation, assures passengers on safety

IndiGo on Tuesday issued a travel advisory for passengers travelling to and from the Middle East, saying it is closely monitoring the evolving situation in the region and coordinating with relevant authorities. The airline said the safety and well-being of its customers and crew remain its highest priority.

In a post on X, IndiGo stated that the developments in the Middle East may be causing concern among travellers. The airline sought to reassure passengers that it is tracking the situation and remains in constant contact with authorities to assess any impact on operations.

Airline urges travellers to check flight status

IndiGo advised passengers to follow its official social media channels and regularly check the airline's flight status page for the latest information on their journeys.

"We understand that the evolving situation in Middle-East may be causing concern for customers travelling to and from the region," the airline said.

IndiGo, however, did not announce any specific changes to its flight schedule in the statement.
