IndiGo has issued a travel advisory after heavy rain over Singapore caused temporary disruptions to flight schedules.

In a post on X, the airline said the heavy rain is affecting operations and urged passengers travelling today to anticipate possible delays and allow extra time for their journeys.

The advisory stated that the airline is monitoring the situation closely and will “get you airborne as soon as possible.” It also reminded passengers to check their flight status on the IndiGo app or website before leaving for the airport.

Rain-related flight delays are common in the region during the monsoon season, affecting arrivals and departures at Changi Airport. IndiGo did not disclose how many flights were affected or whether any cancellations had been made at the time of the advisory.

Passengers were advised to stay updated through official airline channels as the situation evolves and operations adjust around the weather conditions.
