An Indian national, Sandeep Kumar, died at the Roghun Hydropower Project (HPP) site in Tajikistan on August 21, the Embassy of India in Dushanbe said.
In a post on X, the embassy expressed deep sadness over Kumar’s death and said it was coordinating closely with local authorities.
