“In view of the current situation in the region, all Indian nationals in Lebanon are advised to avoid unnecessary travel, remain vigilant and observe locally advised safety and emergency procedures,” the mission said.
The embassy also shared emergency contact details for assistance, stating that Indians in Lebanon may reach officials on +96176860128 or via email at cons.beirut@mea.gov.in.
The advisory comes as tensions surge across the Middle East following large-scale military strikes involving Israel, Iran and the United States, raising fears of a wider regional spillover.
