The Embassy said applications for normal passports, regular visas and document attestations will not be accepted or processed until the temporary restrictions are lifted.

Emergency services available
The Embassy will continue to provide a limited set of emergency services, including Tatkal passport issuance, NRI certificates, short-validity passports for applicants whose Civil ID is nearing expiry, Emergency Certificates and e-Visas.Indian Consular Application Centres closed

People requiring emergency assistance have been advised to visit the Embassy's Consular Wing between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon, where officials will process only genuine emergency cases supported by the required documents.
The Embassy said it will issue further updates in due course and advised the Indian community in Kuwait to monitor its official communication channels and social media platforms for the latest announcements.
