India on Sunday condemned repeated attacks on King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh, including the latest attack, which reportedly killed 12 people and injured 309 others, and called for an immediate end to attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure.

MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal shared the statement on X, saying India strongly condemned the attacks, which had caused deaths, injuries and property damage.

“The repeated attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure are completely unacceptable and must cease immediately,” the MEA said.

India expressed solidarity with the people and government of Saudi Arabia in defence of the country’s sovereignty and called for peace and normalcy to return to the region at the earliest.
