Etihad Airways has enhanced its loyalty programme, Etihad Guest, by introducing new discounts and added benefits on its Promo seats. The update targets Gold, Platinum and Emerald members, offering them improved value on flight redemptions across the airline’s network.
Promo seats are available to all Etihad Guest members and provide fixed mileage redemption fares. Under the latest changes, eligible premium members can now receive discounts of up to 10 per cent on these fares, reducing the miles required for bookings.
The update is part of Etihad’s effort to strengthen its loyalty programme and improve redemption options for frequent flyers. The focus remains on offering better value and more rewarding travel opportunities for members with higher engagement.
“Etihad Guest strives to offer exceptional experiences and bespoke benefits exclusively for our members. The enhancements to our Promo seats are designed to offer even greater value to our most engaged members. Introducing exclusive discounts allows us to ensure our members enjoy greater value and more rewarding redemption opportunities, aligning with what our members appreciate the most,” Mark Potter, Managing Director Etihad Guest at Etihad Airways, said,
Members can use the discounted redemption fares across Etihad’s expanding global network. The airline has recently announced 12 new destinations in Asia and Africa, including Dhaka, Shanghai, Accra and Lagos.
