BLS urges visa applicants to recheck appointments at Middle East centres

BLS International on Monday alerted visa applicants to possible temporary disruptions in parts of the Middle East due to the current regional situation.

In a public notice, the company said visa operations in some Middle East locations could see adjustments to appointment schedules, processing timelines or Visa Application Centre (VAC) operations.

The outsourcing firm advised applicants to check and reconfirm their appointment details with the respective VAC before visiting the centre to avoid inconvenience.

Applicants advised to monitor travel advisories

BLS asked customers to regularly monitor official travel advisories issued by local authorities and verify appointment confirmations and timings through the official BLS portal or confirmation emails.

Applicants have also been urged to check the operational status and working hours of their selected VAC, allow for potential delays or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, and avoid travel to affected areas unless necessary.

The company said customers should refer to its official website, communication channels or contact customer support teams for the latest updates on VAC operations.

“The safety and well-being of our customers and staff remain our highest priority,” the notice stated.
