It is a classic warm Indian treat made with wheat flour, ghee, and healthy dry fruits. Although it is often prepared and eaten immediately, it may be turned into little burfis and kept for weeks in an airtight container!

Gajjak has a distinctive flavour that is exclusively tied with India's winters. They are available as circular or bar shapes. Gajjaks are made of roasted peanuts, which add flavour and scent, and some cardamom. They are quite crispy. Besan laddoo is a traditional Indian delicacy that is usually served as an offering (prasad) in Hindu temples. While still hot, roasted besan (gramme flour), ghee, and optionally chopped-up dry fruits are added, and the mixture is then formed into little spheres.
