Panjiri​

It is a classic warm Indian treat made with wheat flour, ghee, and healthy dry fruits. Although it is often prepared and eaten immediately, it may be turned into little burfis and kept for weeks in an airtight container!

​Gajjak​

Gajjak has a distinctive flavour that is exclusively tied with India's winters. They are available as circular or bar shapes. Gajjaks are made of roasted peanuts, which add flavour and scent, and some cardamom. They are quite crispy. The main components of this incredibly sweet and crunchy winter treat are peanuts and jaggery.

Besan Laddoo​

Besan laddoo is a traditional Indian delicacy that is usually served as an offering (prasad) in Hindu temples. While still hot, roasted besan (gramme flour), ghee, and optionally chopped-up dry fruits are added, and the mixture is then formed into little spheres.

​Moong Dal Halwa​

Nothing compares to a warm serving of home-made moong dal halwa on a chilly winter weekend. The abundance of desi ghee in this dish contributes to the halwa's rich flavour and liquid consistency.

Coconut Burfi​

Coconut burfi is not generally a winter sweet, but it is highly nutritious with all of the good components that go into it and is consumed during the winter months to combat the cold. The burfi is combined with a variety of different dry fruits and nuts to give it a somewhat crunchy feel.

Gond ke Laddoo​

It is well known for its nutritional advantages and is consumed by many pregnant women and new moms who require extra nutrition all throughout the country. These laddoos are sweet and nutritious, warm and packed with nutrients.

Ghee, slow-roasted chana, and organic sweeteners like sugar or jaggery are used to make chana dal halwa.
