Drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Always use freshly squeezed lemon juice, not bottled or packed versions, they may contain preservatives.
Squeeze half a lemon into 1 glass (200 ml) of warm water. You can increase it to one full lemon over time.
Avoid adding sugar or sweeteners, as they can reduce the health benefits.
Sip it slowly so your body can absorb the citric acid properly.
For better results, you can drink it again before dinner or 2 hours after lunch.
In addition to lemon water, drink 2–3 litres of plain water daily to flush out the stones.
Cold water reduces the effectiveness. Always use lukewarm or warm water.
Follow this routine daily for at least 3 to 4 weeks to see noticeable results.
