Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has said she would not support any decision by US President Donald Trump to withdraw U.S. troops from Italy, signaling a rare public disagreement between the two leaders over NATO force positioning in Europe. Speaking to reporters in Yerevan during a European Political Community summit, Meloni stressed that the decision doesn’t depend on her but added she would personally oppose any such move.
