VW CEO 'sorry' for emissions-cheating software
VW CEO Herbert Diess says apologized for the emissions-cheating software in some diesel vehicles and that the company is taking steps to fix the situation. VW also introduced two electric vehicles at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
