US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor calls Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal a 'dear friend' and says 'if you can't get a hold of me, reach out to Piyush and he'll arrange it' while Goyal jokes 'I'm now worried to call you a friend... I'll have half of them at my office looking for visa appointments in the US' crediting Gor for his 'very important role' in the India-US interim trade agreement framework.
