UP CM Akhilesh Yadav distributes tricycles to specially-abled children
On the occasion of 'World Disability Day', Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav distributed tricycles to specially-abled children in Lucknow. The event was held at the chief minister's residence where the children were also presented gifts in order to encourage them.
