SC order quashing NJAC setback for parliamentary sovereignty, govt says
Telecom minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that the Supreme Court verdict quashing the National Judicial Appointments Commission(NJAC) and restoring the collegium system for appointing judges was a setback for parliamentary sovereignty.
